You approve the tenant from a screened shortlist; we handle the agreement, deposit, and move-in inspection.

Can I switch to full management later?
Yes. Placement clients can move to full management at any time, and the records from placement carry straight across.
What's the fee?
Your written proposal states the placement fee and when it becomes payable. Nothing is owed until a tenant is signed.
