Privacy Policy

This site does not use analytics, tracking cookies, or advertising scripts. The listings map loads tiles from OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address and the map area requested, as any map does. The enquiry forms send the details you submit directly toCoast Street Properties by email. We don't store submissions in a database on this site; the only third party involved in delivery is the transactional email service (Resend), and the spam check on the form is Cloudflare Turnstile.

What we receive

Whatever you submit through a form, or include in a direct email: typically your name, contact details, and information about your property or the space you're looking for. We use it to respond to your enquiry and, if you've asked us to, to tell you when a similar property is listed. Enquiries are kept in our email for as long as needed to handle them; ask us at any time to delete yours or to stop listing notifications.

Rental applications

An enquiry is not an application. Rental applications involve more detailed personal and financial information (identification, income, references and consent to a credit check). They are collected separately at the application step, used only to assess that application, and handled in line with BC's Personal Information Protection Act. Please don't send those documents through the enquiry form.

What we don't do

We don't sell or share your information with third parties beyond what's needed to deliver the email itself or process an application you've chosen to make.
